BioTrust Diagnostic provides pathology and diagnostic testing services including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, ECG, and specialised panels. Services are available at our centres in Muzaffarpur and via home sample collection within serviceable areas.
Test bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or the inquiry form on this website. A booking is confirmed only upon explicit confirmation from a BioTrust Diagnostic representative. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion.
Reports are delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of booking. BioTrust Diagnostic, in partnership with accredited laboratories, endeavours to provide accurate results. However, all diagnostic results should be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner. We are not liable for clinical decisions made based solely on test reports.
Fees are payable as quoted at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on the test type, laboratory partner, and collection mode. All payments are non-refundable once a sample has been collected and processed, unless there is a technical error on our part.
BioTrust Diagnostic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on test results. Our liability is limited to the cost of the test in question.
